1. Initial Meeting
It all starts with a call with one of our Experience Designers who are here to listen and learn from you about your desires and expectations of your journey. This forms the basis of the next step, during which we design and personalise your experience.
2. Personalised Design
Knowing your and your travel group's preferences, we carry out extensive research and speak to our exclusive network in the Alpine region to create a bespoke itinerary in which every aspect, from accommodation and culinary experiences to activities and cultural gems, is uniquely curated based on your taste and inclination.
3. Proposal
We present you with a proposal and options, each with varying levels of luxury, activities, wellbeing, cultural immersion and culinary experiences. Once you and your group have had a chance to review these, we will proceed to refining your journey.
4. Refinement
Every detail matters when it comes to making your journey extraordinary. We will assess every aspect of the itinerary based on your and your group's feedback. This is a critical phase and we will ensure that every single element of every experience will be a reason to remember your journey.
5. Pre-departure
After you have approved the itinerary, we will share your comprehensive, personalised pre-travel documentation with you, with information on your destination, accommodations, profiles of activity guides, time tables, packing lists, and more. You may also contact your Experience Designer at any time—they are always here to assist you.
6. Your Experience
This is the time to enjoy and indulge. Prior to departure we will introduce you to your dedicated, on-ground Revamont Experience Host. They will be the first person to welcome you at your destination and provide support for you and your group, ensuring a seamless, unforgettable experience.
